@mavis 大概10年前参观了一个靠房子起家的同乡会会长的养老屋子，梦回80年代洗澡靠脸盆，但是那会austin3万刀就能买个一室户，所以装修的钱是要省下的。应该说硅谷也有不少这种，投资房们在外地，每天和同事斗的你死我活。咱不斗，断了那一连串房贷咋办
