My daughter (13) wants to take notes on her tablet in school, but so far, every app i see is a data-security nightmare and needs constant internet connection.

They all seem to exclusively safe the files on the companies server accessed by the app. Some even use AI.
Not really what i want my child to use for stuff she writes in school, let alone a diary😨.

Isn't there any android compatible app (handwriting possible) that can safe the files on the device?
