Every president has pardoned friends and cronies and donors. This is really nothing all that different besides the fact that Hunter Biden is Joe's family.

I honestly can't think of another President that had a political hit job on their son. Sure, Dems were investigating and prosecuting Trump's family, but that's only been in the context of them being in charge of Trump's companies, not in their personal capacity. When you tie your kids up in your own corruption, then yes, they're going to get hit with the outcomes.
